Greater Orlando Elfing Day

Elfing Day marks the conclusion of the annual campaign, when collection partners and volunteers bring together the STEM gifts collected throughout the community for delivery to Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida. Hosts can collect gifts at any time during the year rather than our six week official campaign, but the gifts are all dropped off at Elfing Day.

What if I can’t make it to Elfing Day?

• If you are hosting a collection and can’t make it to drop off gifts on Elfing Day, make sure to coordinate a time the week before the event with the STEM Gift Drive team.
• If you’re an individual donating and can’t make it to Elfing Day, consider using our Amazon Wish List to make your contribution.

Beneficiary

The Orlando Campaign benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, serving more than 15,000 youth through 39 clubs across the region. Through its Clubs and programs, BGCCF provides opportunities for young people to learn, grow, explore their interests, and build brighter futures. BGCCF has been our designated charity since 2019, chosen for their strong STEM programming and ability to distribute gifts across central Florida.

Our Greater Orlando Impact

The Orlando community is where the STEM Gift Drive was born. Since our launch in 2015, we have focused on quality over quantity – we’d rather get one $300 telescope than 60 $5 items, because high quality STEM gifts are our focus. There are many wonderful gift drives out there and they make a meaningful impact; the STEM Gift Drive is the only one with an intentional mission of supporting and inspiring future innovators in our community.
