Orlando STEM Gift Drive, 11/1 – 12/21 2026

Thank you for joining us in collecting science, technology, engineering, and math toys, games, books, and kits! All gifts collected will be donated directly to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida on Elfing Day (12/21—details below).

Whether you’re putting out a collection box at your business or in your community, featuring us at a holiday party, or collecting among family, friends, or club members, we’re excited to partner with you! By inviting others to participate, you’re helping put opportunities for exploration and discovery into more young people’s hands.

The resources below will help you get started, spread the word, and make your collection a success. We’re grateful you’re part of this!

Here are some resources & easy steps for success:

Register your gift collection if you haven’t already done so.
Review the Gift guide
Decorate a collection box and include our Box Labels
Set your end date for donations – when is the last day of your collection? Make sure you have enough time to count and load the gifts, prepare the Donation Report, and pack the gifts for delivery on Elfing Day (12/21).
If you are featuring the STEM Gift Drive at a holiday party, contact us – we may be able to attend with the STEM Gift Drive table & banners (and tent if it is an outdoor community event).
You can use our Amazon Wish List (gifts come directly to us) or create your own (so gifts go to you so you can turn them all in together).

Mark you calendar for Elfing Day! This is the day you will drop off the gifts you collect (unless we have a different arrangement, such as collecting at an event where our team is present).
1. 12/21/2026, 2-5 PM, at the Levy-Hughes Boys & Girls Club on Amelia

About Elfing Day: This is the event where all collection hosts have a member of their team (or their whole team, for a photo op!) bring the gifts to the Boys & Girls Clubs – we will have a tent and collection table (you can drive up to the curb to unload and members of the STEM Gift Drive board and the Club will be there to greet you.

Can’t make it to elfing day? Please contact us and we will coordinate a time the weekend before Elfing Day.
